Daniil DumshenkoI took the Back‑End (Java) course with Nikita Mykhailov and Mykola Dihtyar, and I was very satisfied with the learning process.
The course was well structured and covered a broad range of topics related to Java back‑end development. Special attention was paid to working with Spring Boot, databases, and REST APIs. The material was delivered clearly and accessibly, with examples that helped to grasp even complex topics.
The final project was extremely useful, as it allowed me to apply knowledge in practice. This enabled me to see how a real back‑end application is structured from scratch.
Nikita and Mykola were always open to questions and willingly shared their professional experience. Their support and feedback throughout the course were incredibly valuable.
Thank you for quality teaching and motivating me to continue learning and growing as a developer.
Vadim TkachCodills Academy is a great IT school! Studying here is truly enjoyable. The instructors are extremely competent, friendly, and supportive.
The material is presented clearly and understandably, making it easy to absorb even complex topics. I definitely recommend Codills Academy to everyone who wants to master an IT specialty!
Nina VoronetskajaCodillas Academy is a place where you don’t just learn, but truly open the doors to the IT world! I’m very grateful for the opportunity to study in such an amazing environment. It’s not just a course—it’s a real adventure that provides knowledge, confidence, and motivation to move forward.
The instructors here are not just professionals, but people who genuinely want you to succeed. They explain everything in a way that even difficult things become understandable, and they’re always ready to support you. Special thanks to Nikita and Mykola—their energy, knowledge, and ability to inspire are stunning. They show that with the right approach and perseverance, anything is achievable!
It was a real team experience where you learn not just how to code, but also how to collaborate, solve problems, and refine your skills. Feedback from instructors was always invaluable—clear, to the point, with concrete advice for improvement. They see everything and help in any way they can. The academy’s atmosphere is something special—comfortable, friendly, and you feel free to be yourself, ask anything, and not be afraid of mistakes.
P.S. There’s no bad question, only an unasked one! This is a place where you want to learn and grow every day. There’s something charming about staying up until midnight after class.
Codillas Academy is more than just education. Believe me, if you ever have difficulties, you will always get help. It's a community that supports you at every step and helps you believe in yourself. If you dream of a career in IT, don’t hesitate—choose Codillas, and you definitely won’t regret it!
Volodymyr MishchukCodillas Academy is primarily about competence, relevance, and progressiveness. These may sound like buzzwords, but it’s truly thoughtful.
The mentors (because they are more than just teachers) earn your trust from the first classes with sincerity and competence. Immediately you feel that you’re in the right place. And let’s be honest—it means a lot when you never have the thought of skipping lectures or not studying the material.
As for relevance, all the mentors are practitioners. And it’s fantastic to get real answers to questions like “how is this done in real conditions?” (and it turns out the course isn’t built on academic examples, but on real-use cases).
I could write a lot about progressiveness (but it’s not always interesting!). But when the most current information from official sources is presented (and explained), it clearly builds trust.
I feel entitled to say these things because I’ve completed dozens of courses in various fields in my life, and I have something to compare. Codillas Academy is a super-cool team of specialists who live what they do and make others fall in love with the process. And that is truly awesome!!!
So I wish them inspiration and prosperity, and special thanks for the knowledge gained and experience with our own project (yes, not just a landing page, but a fully designed-from‑scratch and server‑deployed application).
Rostyslav SkliarukI want to share my impressions of Codillas Academy: I enjoyed Codillas Academy very much. The educational program is wonderfully structured, and instructors Mykola and Nikita guide you from day one to a successful finish. Both are highly qualified and experienced—they are masters of their craft in every aspect.
The course materials are extremely practical and useful, and the assignments are engaging and encourage independent thinking. I was especially impressed by the friendly team that is ready to work around the clock and on weekends to answer questions and provide support.
Overall, I would recommend Codillas Academy to anyone looking for reliable IT education in a motivating environment.
Taras ShevchukCodillas Academy is the ideal place to start an IT career! I’m sincerely grateful to the Codillas Academy team for the opportunity to study in such a professional and inspiring environment. This isn't just a course—it’s a genuine start to a new life filled with knowledge, growth, and self-confidence.
The academy’s instructors are not just specialists—they are true mentors who focus not on the number of lectures delivered, but on the results of each student. They explain the material until they make sure you fully understand and are ready to apply the knowledge in practice. This approach is incredibly motivating and gives a sense of support at every learning stage.
Special thanks to instructors Nikita and Mykola—they are people who not only share knowledge, but inspire by example. Their professionalism, dedication, and positive attitude are a role model. They prove that nothing is impossible and that achieving your goal is possible through conscientious work and discipline.
I’d especially like to highlight the effective teamwork during study of group projects and the creation of my own final project. Throughout the process I received timely, deep feedback that allowed me to continually improve my skills and move forward.
Learning takes place in a warm, friendly, and exciting atmosphere that truly facilitates rapid material absorption and fosters a desire to learn even more. There’s no fear of asking questions here—only support, understanding, and willingness to help.
Codillas Academy is more than just education. It’s a real community that supports, inspires, and opens doors to new opportunities.
I sincerely recommend it to everyone who wants to change their life and build an IT career. Codillas is the path to real success!
Eugen HolodiucAn incredibly cool Academy! The instructors are incredibly great, modern—and above all, supportive. After just a few classes, you already feel like it's not a classroom, but rather like learning from an older brother who teaches you a cool craft.
The atmosphere is incredibly homey; you want to attend classes so much that if you miss one, sometimes you even catch a red traffic light—you know what I mean 😉 They understand and effectively turn the group into a cohesive team.
People share stories, joke, exchange experiences, and collectively solve learning and homework problems (because you can’t avoid those). Everything happens at such a high level that even German educational institutions could learn from them! Personally, I’ll return to study again—so I think that says it all 😉
Olena MudrytskaVery cool professionals in their field. Highly recommend!
Alexander HoncharenkoBefore the course, I thought programming was difficult and boring—especially Backend—but the guys proved otherwise.
Although I didn’t understand everything perfectly, I now have a clear direction in which to move. Thank you for your patience and time.
Teaching is very hard work—even harder than programming itself.
Vadim MaleevFrom the very first seconds of the first lecture, it was clear that Nikita is very competent in Java programming and has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the language.
I especially want to highlight his teaching approach—his presentations and quizzes deserve special mention. Alongside a structured and logical presentation of the material, Nikita also creates a positive group atmosphere, which helps us feel comfortable and encourages open questions and discussion.
Thanks to this educational approach and support, I was finally able to structure my knowledge and significantly improve my skills. I am very grateful to Nikita for his professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm in teaching us, and I would confidently recommend him as an outstanding Java instructor.
Mykhailo NehanovI am very happy to know Nikita because he helped me on the path to my dream.
I was a student of a talented instructor—Nikita has an extraordinary talent to make even the most difficult concepts easy and clear to understand. I really appreciate how the learning process was structured: every topic was explained in an engaging and simple way, with plenty of real-world examples. At the same time, Nikita gives material for independent study, which is very important since the ability to search and absorb information is a critical skill for a programmer (and beyond).
I’d also like to point out Nikita’s charisma and his ability to create an engaging and friendly learning atmosphere. Thanks to this, I never once felt the urge to skip a lecture. By the end of the course, I gained enough knowledge and skills for real work, and I now have a “senior” buddy to turn to if needed.
I want to thank Nikita from the bottom of my heart for that.
Serhii MatviienkoNikita is an instructor who guides you by the hand into the world of Java! An instructor who inspires from the first minute of the introductory lesson (that was my experience). Energetic and persistent, he always has a joke or an interesting fact to let you take a mental break when your brain is about to boil from the flow of information.
He always shares the latest "trends" and approaches in programming—things you won’t find in any bestseller Java book, especially one a year old, since things change so fast. He takes you behind the scenes and tells you how things really happen in renowned global IT companies. I recommend getting to know him because you’re unlikely to find such an open, fun, and interesting professional. Thank you, Nikita, for journeying this part of the path with us.
Nikita IvakinTo begin, from the start to the end of lecture delivery, Nikita displayed enthusiasm for teaching the subject. This made learning not only informative but also enjoyable.
A great trait in the instructor was his willingness to share personal experience in both programming and life in general. Nikita also made time for jokes, which was very pleasant. It was clear the instructor truly wanted to teach the students, and that was a comforting aspect of the learning experience.
Regarding content delivery, Nikita presented the material in a structured format and often pointed out what to pay attention to. This helped grasp the material faster.
I can also say that I was truly impressed that Nikita actively shared additional materials and always answered questions during the lecture. That showed a teacher who really wants success for his students.
In conclusion, I can recommend Nikita as an instructor to anyone who wants to improve their programming skills or start learning to code. And the reason is his incredible willingness to share experiences and his passion for going beyond the framework.
Alina UtkinaThe delivery of complex information was made accessible. It was difficult for me to shake off the eternal student syndrome and finally advance to the next level—to become a full-fledged programmer. Nikita helped a lot with that. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a professional instructor.
Volodymyr DolokaA wonderful mentor. Progressive views and professionalism. There’s always something to discuss with him and something new to learn.
Denys LoburNikita is a very professional instructor. He conducted all lectures excellently. My questions were addressed, and I received a lot of valuable information, experience—and most importantly, motivation to move forward and upward no matter what.
Andrii PinchukAn incredibly cool Java course and mentor. Complex topics were explained very interestingly. Listening to work experience and interview stories was equally engaging.
Bohdan KravetsNikita is a wonderful instructor. He always listens and is ready to answer any questions. He also shared his experience not only in development, but also in career growth, giving advice and real‑life examples. He kept the group’s attention and made classes interesting and fun, using humor and memes. He’s a great motivator who inspires learning and continued self‑development.
